Shipping Policy

At Sun & Daisies Boutique, we partner with multiple vendors to bring you unique styles. Because of this, shipping times may vary depending on the item's origin. Below, you’ll find details on our shipping timeframes and policies.

Order Processing Time

📦 Orders are processed within 2-5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.

Estimated Delivery Timeframes

We do our best to deliver your items as quickly as possible.  In general, all orders will be delivered within 14 days.  We estimate your order delivery time when you select your shipping method.  Please contact us if you do not receive your orders within the defined periods below and we will assist in tracking your package. 

🚚 Economy Shipping: 7-14 business days (depending on the vendor's location)
⚡ Standard (if available): 4-7 business days

Tracking Your Order

Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. Please allow 24-48 hours for tracking updates to reflect. If you haven’t received tracking info after 5 business days, contact us at sunanddaisiesboutique@gmail.com.

Delayed or Lost Packages

We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by the carrier, weather, or customs processing. However, if your package is significantly delayed, please reach out, and we’ll do our best to assist!

• If tracking shows "Delivered" but you didn’t receive your order, check with your neighbors or local post office.
• If an item is lost in transit, we’ll work with the carrier to resolve the issue.

Wrong Address or Undeliverable Packages

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout! If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, the customer is responsible for reshipping costs.
